The majority of our bookings are made online, so we take security very, very seriously. Our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Credit card transactions are processed by Stripe, which has its own 256 security protocol. Additionally, our system does not store your credit card number, only a token that allows us to charge the card when the service is complete.

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7-day window).

Here’s what our services don’t cover:

• We can’t carry out services while other work is ongoing in or around the home (plumbing, painting, construction, etc.)
• No heavy lifting or moving of large items (like refrigerators, stoves, or tables).
• We won’t handle delicate items such as vases or hung pictures.
• While we load your dishwasher, we can’t put away dishes in cupboards to avoid accidents.
• Cleaning in areas that can’t be safely reached using telescopic tools and a step stool.
• Removing excessive pet hair from upholstery.
• Exterior window cleaning.
• Cleaning mini blinds extensively; we can dust horizontal metal or plastic ones but won’t attempt more.
• Addressing strong odors (like mold, animal waste, or smoke), although we’ll do our best.
• Cleaning inside dishwashers and washing machines.
• Wiping light bulbs.
• Dealing with homes infested by rodents or insects.
• Removing excess paint from surfaces.
• Post-construction cleaning requires an in-person visit for a personalized quote as it’s not covered by our online booking.
• Deep carpet/floor cleaning like steam cleaning or waxing.
• Addressing heavy marks/stains on walls, baseboards, or painted surfaces to prevent potential damage to your paint.
